Tour de la Charcuterie is a celebration of locally-sourced charcuterie, which includes cured meats and accompanying cheese, bread, produce, wine, beer, and more. Event attendees will explore new tastes, discover local products, and learn how to create pairings for their own charcuterie boards.
Ticketholders must be at least 21 years of age to participate and will need to show a valid ID at check in.
The Meat of the Event
DATE: September 18, 2021
TIME: Tasting sessions are 12–2 p.m. or 3–5 p.m.
TICKETS: $65 per 2-hour tasting session.
• Unlimited access to food and drink samples, including wine and beer
• Expert demos about charcuterie pairings and arrangement
• A mini charcuterie board
• The opportunity to purchase sampled products

A Little Cheese
Tour de la Charcuterie is a nod to the French culture that we enjoy in Braselton, from Château Élan Winery and Resort, to Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, to The Galloping Galette crêperie in Downtown Braselton. "Charcuterie" is a French term that actually refers to cured meats, but the word has come to encompass the entire platter of meats, cheeses, olives, and spreads served together.
